Who we are

Cold Agency ("we", "us") is a B2B lead generation agency operated from Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact for anything in this policy: isaac@cold.agency.

What we collect

• Booking data. When you book a call through the embedded calendar, our scheduling provider Cal.com processes the details you enter: name, email address, and any notes. We receive that booking in our calendar.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. We see aggregate page views and referrers, not individuals.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

Why we process it

We process booking and email data to schedule and hold the call you asked for, to follow up on it, and to run our business (legitimate interest and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract).

How long we keep it

Correspondence and booking records are kept for as long as they are relevant to the relationship, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

Third parties

Cal.com (scheduling, EU instance) and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics) process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you can object to our processing. Email isaac@cold.agency and we will handle it. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
